Salted Caramel Brownie Bites

This rich little bites are a welcome addition to any cookie tray.


  • 1 package Betty Crocker Delights Supreme Original Brownie Mix
  • 1⁄4 cup water
  • 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1⁄2 cup dulce de leche or thick caramel sauce
  • flaky sea salt or coarse salt


  • Heat oven to 350° F. Line mini muffin cups with foil or paper liners; set aside
  • In a bowl mix together brownie mix, water, oil and eggs. Fill muffin tins ¾ full with brownie mix.
  • Bake 12-15 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Using the rounded side of a teaspoon or the handle of a wooden spoon press a small cup like indentation into each brownie. Remove from pan.
  • Fill center of each bite with about ½ teaspoon dulce de leche; sprinkle with sea salt
