Our thick and tender bacon is carefully crafted using our signature "No Added Water" process. We rub our pork bellies with freshly ground spices, let the tasty dry rub soak in for 12 days, and slow smoke the meaty slices for 8 hours with real cherry wood. It’s not easy, but to do it any other way is, well, crazy. All our pork is 100% Heritage Breed pigs that are raised responsibly without antibiotics, vegetarian fed and crate free.
