These Organic Cinnamon Sticks are derived from the cinnamomum burmamannii species of trees, and are the most popular form of cinnamon in use today. This common variety of our all natural cinnamon is known for its spicy hotness and the strong flavors. Physically these sticks are characterized by having a thick layer wrapped around itself, and a dark reddish color differing from the ceylon variety which is tan in color with paper thin layers. These sticks have been directly sourced and processed without the use of harsh chemicals, to ensure that you get the highest level of both fragrance and flavor.
