Spice Islands Crystallized Ginger
Spice Islands selects only young, premium quality ginger roots grown in Australia for optimum taste. We then slice and preserve them in a sugar syrup. Stir minced Crystallized Ginger into rice pilaf or fried rice. Sprinkle over cooked squash, yams, or sweet potatoes. Delicious in muffins, scones, and ginger cookies.
