  Since 1951, our family has been producing the finest fish sauce from our island off the southwest coast of Vietnam. We harvest wild anchovies from our own fishing vessels then allow them to ferment naturally using local sea salt & aged for 1 year, producing a 100% pure fish sauce free from any additives or preservatives.
