Solaray® borage seed oil is one of nature''s most plentiful sources of GLA (gamma linolenic acid) and typically contains a higher percentage of GLA than evening primrose oil or black currant seed oil.* Borage seed oil also contains other important fatty acids such as linoleic acid, oleic acid, and palmitic acid.* Solaray® Borage Seed Oil is harvested from the seed by a process known as cold pressing. No solvents have been used. A natural product typically supplying the following fatty acids: 240 mg gamma linolenic acid (GLA), 350 mg linoleic acid (LA), 170 mg oleic acid, 100 mg palmitic acid.*
