Masala Chai is a classic blend of black tea and spices that is designed to be simmered in water and milk, then sweetened to taste. In fact, the name masala means "mixed spices" and chai is Hindi for "tea." We begin with thoughtfully selected black teas from gardens in South and Southeast Asia that offer a robust, full body and malty flavor.
