Product Details

Rose oil is extracted from the petals of the Damask rose. The thorny process begins with petals harvested by hand. Bushel loads are required to distill just one ounce. Petals and water are placed in a copper still. The still is fired, and fired again, yielding a delicate oil valued at more than $1,000 an ounce. We select ingredients on taste alone, regardless of cost or complexity. So to make the very best ginger ale, we use a touch of rose oil, along with a bit of coriander, cardamom, chili pepper, and orange peel. This costs more, but it adds depth and complexity, making Q Ginger Ale truly spectacular.
