Mike's Organic Foods Sri Lankan Curry Paste
Preparation: fry one chopped onion in some ghee or coconut oil until it browns. Add about 1lbs of chicken or veggies or seafood. Add one large diced tomato (you can use canned tomatoes). Add the paste. Add one can of coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes or until done. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with chopped cilantro.
