Product Information
COLUMBUS Sliced Reduced Sodium Italian Dry Salame is made from select cuts of pork, cracked black pepper, burgundy wine and our signature blend of spices giving it a wonderful flavor. It is slow cured for a unique richness and aroma. Pairs well with cheddar, Grana Padano, mozzarella, or Monterey Jack. Enjoy it with a glass of pinot noir, pilsner or pale ale. This salame also goes great with Castelvetrano olives, marcona almonds or hummus. Experience our classic italian dry salame but with reduced sodium without sacrificing its signature flavor.
