  The 2023 growing season was marked by a cool start, which resulted in a delayed bud break across the Columbia Valley. In contrast, a warm May led to a slightly advanced bloom. Normal summer heat and an absence of any major temperature events allowed the fruit to develop at a steady pace. The yield from the 2023 harvest, while significantly smaller than previous years, is of exceptionally high quality. Fruit-forward notes of apple and fig roll onto the palate, offering a round, ripe wine with a nice, crisp acidity and lingering finish.
