Our Seattle Sourdough bagels are born from a living sourdough starter, a legacy nurtured since 1939. For generations, it's been fed and cared for daily, giving each bagel a depth of flavor only time can create. We let our dough proof and age for up to 18 hours, allowing the true flavors of the sourdough to develop.
