Natural - Not Bleached Lecithin is another name for phisohatidylcholine, one of the phosolipids. Phosolipids are indespensable components of cell membranes and also natural emulsifiers, helping fat dissolve in water. Lecithin also contains Phosphatidial Serine, Phosphatidyl Inositol and Phospholipids Ethanolamine. Phospholipids contain fatty acids. Lecithin contains Choline which is used in the body to manufacture brain neurotransmitters. Lecithin helps support a healthier cardiovascular system.
