Please note that the deletion of your digital account may result in the disruption of some services from The Kroger Co. Family of Companies.

Once your request is processed, your access to Kroger mobile apps and websites will be removed, along with the following information:

The following information will remain on your account, which you can access and update by calling Customer Service or visiting the in-store Customer Service desk:

A delete request removes all contact information including physical and email address. Upon expiration of Boost annual enrollment, a Boost member who wishes to reenroll in the Boost program will need to provide personal information and pay renewal fees necessary to participate in the program.

If you participate in cashback offers on-line, this functionality will no longer be available, in addition if you have points for dollars related to rebates, you should transfer or use them before you request to be deleted.

If you have a wine subscription, it will continue as agreed unless you want to cancel the subscription. You may cancel by calling 1.855.858.4013.

To proceed with the deletion of your account, tap the Delete My Account' button below. Once your request has been submitted, it can take up to 5 business days for your account to be deleted. Upon successful deletion of your digital account, you will receive an email notifying you that the process is complete.
